Orders & Acceptance
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or message. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicious activity.
We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products. Customers must inform us within 5 days of receiving the product.
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact. Refunds will be processed after quality inspection. Please note that unboxing video is must for replacement
Customized or sale items may not be eligible for returns or refunds.
